In July we spent some time in North Adriatic on island Cres, in search for perfect adventure. Cres is known as a biggest Croatian island, but that does not mean that is crowded with tourists all the time, like some smaller islands down the Croatian coast, like Hvar, Brač or island Vis. Like said, Cres is big, or better said long, but still, you would never expect what this island can offer. Going from North to South you can easily think you changed island for at least few times. North is really rough with high hills and old oak and chestnut forests when south and west is full of pebble beaches and coves. Both are connected by rolling pastures and dense evergreen underbrush in central part of the island. Diversity is also seen in flora and fauna. All this makes it just too good to be true for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, offering amazing bike trails, sea kayaking routes, hiking trails, sailing conditions and diving spots. In this video we take you for a fun dive to famous wreck Lina. If you would like to dive to this and other amazing wrecks on our liveaboard in Croatia, check details about our tour.
